If the calibration of the screen is so bad that the buttons cannot be operated then the calibration should be reset to its default settings first.

To reset the screen to its default setting;

  • Switch off the power to the 864
  • Press and hold anywhere on the touch screen
  • Switch on the power to the 864

Then follow the instructions in the PDF document to calibrate the touchscreen.
